You don’t have to be a computer wiz or have a degree in graphic design to have a great looking artwork for free. Supply us with the details and we will do the rest for you. Follow the simple steps below for any of our products and usually within 48 hours you will have an artwork created that not only looks great but will also be read by more people. By using simple techniques of the trade we are able to produce an artwork that’s more flattering to the eye. People won’t feel there being pushed into a sale. You will be giving them helpful information or something of value for them. Your company will be able to convert more sales with less investment. All you have to pay for is the printing no extra hidden charges so with the money saved you can even order a larger quantity of printing and promote yourself to a larger audience.

Steps

Choose the printed products required. Use the guide opposite to see how much free artwork you will receive. Remember the more you spend in one order the more free artwork time your will earn. Giving us more time to lavish on your artwork for Free.
Supply us with your logo in a suitable picture format (see file formats). If this is not possible we may also be able to recreate an existing logo from a sample. (Possible charge if complex). If you don’t have a logo we can create one for you (see logo design).
Pictures are best supplied digitally 300 ppi minimum is recommended we would advise you if any image was to low quality for printing purposes when you place your order.(see file formats). For help in finding great pictures on the internet please see digital images.
Text should be supplied electronically. This will save valuable free artwork time. Use our time wisely so we can make a better end product for you. (see file formats). If your stuck for words we can create your text from scratch. copy writing involves the whole marketing of your products so please contact us to discuss your requirements we will be happy to quote for this service.
Once you have completed the steps above try to write a brief or drawing, describe how you think the design should look. It doesn’t have to be in great detail. If you have seen something you like show us. We want to create a design you will be proud of and we are happy to do it for Free.
When all your steps are complete add your products to the basket and follow the ordering process. Send your steps by email or by post. Once we have received all of your steps we will review your artwork. A Deposit of £50 + VAT will confirm or order. This will be deducted from your final bill. You will be advised prior to commencement of an order if we think you will need additional artwork time.
Proofs are usually sent via email in PDF format. Any artwork should be completed within 3 proofs. If changes are made additional artwork time is charged at £35 per hour. When your artwork is complete sign the completion form and pay for your printing. Your order will be delivered on the date set.

To find great images on the internet go to the web sites below www.sxc.hu is our favourite at the moment and is free. Other sites charge a fee or royalties.

Please note it is your responsibility to obtain the correct permissions from the copyright holder of any image you wish to use. You must advise us if part of the terms of usage of a particular image mean you have to add a credit underneath or to the side of the image.
